Co-Founder — Univelcity

Startup Advisor — LUinc

Venture Partner — Kickoff Africa

Mentor — Founder Growth

I build, partner, and mentor where entrepreneurship meets digital innovation. That is where I do my best work.

My work spans venture building, founder support, ecosystem development, strategic partnerships, and mentorship. I do this as Co-Founder at Univelcity, Startup Advisor at LUinc, Venture Partner at Kickoff Africa, and as a mentor to founders working through the complex realities of growth, visibility, and execution. Over the last 13 years, I have supported more than 1,200 founders and contributed to the growth of over 140 ventures through advisory, partnership, programme delivery, and mentorship. The numbers matter — but what matters most is whether the work helped build something real, durable, and useful.
What Drives the Work

Small is beautiful. Large is necessary.

Real change often starts small — with one founder, one idea, one community, one solution responding to a real need. But if we are serious about tackling urgent challenges, small-scale solutions alone are not enough. Real impact at scale requires innovation, technology, and entrepreneurial thinking.

That belief sits behind everything I do. I am interested in how entrepreneurs can use innovation and technology not just to build businesses, but to create practical, scalable solutions that travel further, reach more people, and create lasting value.

Whatever the role, I keep returning to the same question: how do we help the best ideas go further?

How I Work

Principles that guide the work.

Substance over noise.

I care less about what looks impressive from a distance and more about what actually works in practice.

Long-term thinking.

The most meaningful ecosystem work does not always announce itself immediately. I am comfortable building for durability, not just visibility.

Storytelling as infrastructure.

Good ideas need good language. Helping a founder tell their story clearly is often one of the most practical contributions I can make.

Genuine contribution.

I show up to add value, strengthen the work, and help something meaningful move forward.
